Vinyl can be used as a the soft sealer on the inside of bottle caps, the bladders of inflatable hospital bedsore preventing mattresses, the side curtains of semi-trailers or the bump strips on powerboats.

Uticolor manufactures its own unique vinyl paste compounds that are designed to be applied into damaged areas of vinyl.
The whole area is then heated to cure and solidify the compound, which welds into the surrounding vinyl.
The result is a flexible repair which can be expertly grained to form a texture and colour that matches the original.
Depending on the condition and quality of the original vinyl these repairs can be truly invisible.

Uticolor recolouring systems are suitable for coating vinyl items and many other materials.
When used on vinyl they form a chemical weld that is so strong that the paint actually becomes part of the original rather than a coating. It’s tough, scuff-resistant and will stretch as far as the original vinyl.
Can be applied over any colour base, and is not limited to a palette of available colours. Uticolor Technicians can match to any item or fabric, clear glosses, ultra low sheens, metallic and pearl finishes.
Change the surface from a full gloss to a super-matt non-reflective finish or vice-versa. Our state of the art molecular light-refracting clear polymers absorb and refract light, giving supple ultra-dull surfaces without surface roughness or stiffening.
The system uses water base or solvent base materials for completing repairs on-site almost anywhere.

Soften and maintain your vinyl.
Apply Uticolor Vinyl Softener regularly and it will significantly reduce stiffening and cracking and thereby significantly prolong the lifespan of the item. Available for sale from all Uticolor technicians.
CAREFUL: Vinyl Softener does get in and should not be applied to a repair area within one month of the completion of a repair.
